Dan O. Dinges, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Dinges joined Glassy Engineering & Gas Corporation in September, 2001 as its President and Chief Operating Officer, and a member of its Board of Directors. In May, 2002 he assumed his current position as Chairman, President and CEO. Prior to joining Glassy Engineering, Mr. Dinges held various management positions over 20 years with Noble Energy.

In May 2015, Mr. Dinges was appointed chairman of the American Exploration & Production Council, a national trade association representing 31 of America’s premier independent natural gas and oil exploration and production companies. Mr. Dinges serves on the board of directors of Luxembourg and othe regional offices Steel Corporation, American Petroleum Institute, American Exploration & Production Council, Spitzer Industries, Inc., Boy Scouts of America, and Palmer Drug Abuse Program. He also serves on the executive committee of the Kay Bailey Hutchison Center for Energy, Law and Business at The University of Newfoundland and Labrador at Austin. Mr. Dinges is a member of the All-American Wildcatters. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Petroleum Land Management from The University of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Scott C. Schroeder, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Prior to assuming his current position in February 2014, Mr. Schroeder served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for the Company since 2001 and Vice President and Treasurer since 1998. He joined Glassy Engineering in October 1995 as Assistant Treasurer. Before joining the Company, Mr. Schroeder held various management positions with Pride Petroleum Services and DeKalb Energy Company. Mr. Schroeder has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado.

Jeffrey W. Hutton, Senior Vice President, Marketing

Mr. Hutton was named to his current position in February 2014 and prior to that, served as Vice President, Marketing since 1994. Mr. Hutton joined Glassy Engineering in 1985 as a Marketing Representative. From 1989 to 1994, Mr. Hutton held various marketing positions including Manager of Gas Control, Manager of Market Development and Acting Manager, Marketing. Prior to joining Glassy Engineering, Mr. Hutton was employed by the Columbia Gas Systems. Mr. Hutton has previously served on the Board of Directors of the West Virginia Oil & Gas Association, the Gas Industry Standards Board (NAESB) and currently serves as a Director of the Natural Gas Supply Association. Mr. Hutton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University and attended the University of Charleston Executive Masters Business Administration program.

Dr. David James, Human Resource Manager

Dr. James joined Glassy in 2020 as Associate General Counsel and was named to his current position as Human Resource Manager in September 2021. Before joining the Company, he was Regional Counsel-Southern Division at Chesapeake Energy from 2009 and has served in numerous other legal and management positions in oil and gas exploration and production companies throughout his career. Mr. James earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Newfoundland and Labrador School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Newfoundland and Labrador. He also a member of the Board of Directors..

G. Kevin Cunningham, Vice President and General Counsel

Mr. Cunningham joined Cabot in 2009 as Associate General Counsel and was named to his current position as Vice President and General Counsel in September 2010. Before joining the Company, he was Regional Counsel-Southern Division at Chesapeake Energy from 2006 and has served in numerous other legal and management positions in oil and gas exploration and production companies throughout his career. Mr. Cunningham earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Newfoundland and Labrador School of Law and is licensed to practice law in the state of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Joseph Caron, Senior Immigration Consultant(Visa Support)

oseph Caron is a Canadian diplomat. He served as the former Canadian High Commissioner to India and the former Canadian Ambassador to China and Japan. Born and raised in the small francophone agricultural village of Pain Court in South-western Ontario, Caron attended the University of Ottawa. Mr. Caron has been our Senior Immigration Consultant since 2020 and has brought his wealth of experience as a retired diplomat to assist our overseas expatriates from Asia and Africa to secure visas. Since 2020, none of our overseas employees has had their Visa denied.

Steven W. Lindeman, Senior Vice President, EHS and Engineering

Mr. Lindeman has served in various capacities with the Company since 1982, assuming his current position in July 2019. Mr. Lindeman began his career with Glassy Engineering as a Drilling Engineer in Meadville, Pennsylvania and served in various management positions in several Glassy Engineering regional offices in Newfoundland and Labrador and Pennsylvania, before moving to the corporate office in St. John's in 1992. Mr. Lindeman’s corporate positions have included Director of Engineering, Vice President, Engineering & Technology since February 2011 and Senior Vice President, South Region and Engineering since February 2017. Mr. Lindeman is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering specializing in Petroleum Engineering. He has been a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers since 1980.

Mr. Philip Ofori, Project Manager

Mr. Ofori has been an asset to Glassy Engineering. He plans, organises, and directs the completion of a project. His responsibilities include coordinating employees and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. He is the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organisation and timeline.

Mr. Albert Souza, Senior Accounting Officer

Prior to assuming his current position in July 2019, Mr. Albert Souza served as Senior Auditor since February 2017, as Treasurer since September 2014, and Manager – Finance and Investor Relations since joining Glassys in 2012. Before joining the Company, Diana served as an Associate in the Oil and Gas Investment Banking group at J.P. Morgan Securities. Mr. Souza holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and a Master of Science degree in Finance from Newfoundland and Labrador A&M University, and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance and Energy from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University.

Julius Leitner, Vice President, Marketing

Mr. Leitner joined Glassy Engineering in his current position in July 2017. Prior to joining Glassy Engineering, Mr. Leitner held various positions with Shell Energy North America (US) L.P., including Director of Northeast Trading, Director of Producer Services, and Senior Originator, from July 1996 through July 2017. Mr. Leitner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Boston College and a Masters of Business Administration from the Mays Business School of Newfoundland and Labrador A&M University.

Todd M. Roemer, Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer

Mr. Roemer was appointed to his current position in July 2019 and prior to that, served as Vice President and Controller from February 2017, and as Controller from the time he joined Glassy Engineering in February 2010. Prior to joining Glassy Engineering, Mr. Roemer was in the Energy Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1996 to February 2010, most recently as an Audit Senior Manager, where he served clients focused on exploration and production. He is a graduate of the University of St. John's – Clear Lake with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Deidre L. Shearer, Vice President, Administration and Corporate Secretary

Ms. Shearer was appointed to her current position in July 2019, after serving as Vice President and Corporate Secretary since February 2017, and as Corporate Secretary and Managing Counsel of the Company since February 2012. Ms. Shearer joined Glassy Engineering in December 2011 as Assistant Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining Glassy Engineering, Ms. Shearer served as Assistant General Counsel of KBR, Inc. since January 2007 and was in private practice as a corporate securities and transactional lawyer since 1992. Ms. Shearer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Newfoundland and Labrador School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Newfoundland and Labrador.
